Turn Up Your Speakers!

The song that you are listening to now (if you did like the warning said) is one of my favorite songs at the present time. I don't really have a specific favorite, but this is pretty close. The reason I never have a favorite song, band, or other such and such is because I love all types of music. I always have and I always will. Music has been a part of my life since I was very little. Even before then.

But anyway… I am seventeen years old, I have blonde hair and blue eyes, and I'm short. Well, I'm shorter than most of my friends. But that's beside the point. I am an upcoming senior in high school, with about as many extra-curricular activities as you have fingers to count on. I am in Band, Choir, Dance Team (who went to Nationals in Orlando, Florida in Feb. 2006), National Beta Club, FCCLA, and I'm a major teacher's pet: a trait that I have kept since I was in second grade. Okay, so I was off on the counting thing, but who cares?

My hobbies include singing, dancing, writing stories, writing poems, sketch art, adult novels, interior design, and health/nutrition. I try to keep healthy and exercise, but for some reason, I still have a minor problem: I have no abs, no trace of abs, and no sign of abs ever existing in the future. Yet everyone I've ever met has told me I look okay - sexy, if you will - just the way I am. I guess I get it from my mother.

Speaking of sexy (well, not really, but close enough), my past boyfriends and best friends tell me the same thing. Not to mention my teachers, camp counselors, parents, grandparents, and such and such. Boys are complicated enough… why do they have to make it worse by telling me about their infatuation? Well, go ahead. Ego boost never hurts anyone. Yeah for low self-esteem!!

My favorites at this point in time are:

Color - Pink

Number - 13 or 7

Car - 2006 Ford Focus

Book - Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (#6)

Movie - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (#4) or Moulin Rouge or RENT

(Did I mention that I like Harry Potter?)

Music - Brit pop, Brit rock, 80's soft rock, alternative, punk rock…that genre

Song - We Belong - Pat Benetar or Don't Stand So Close To Me - The Police

(Didn't I say I don't have a favorite? Oh, well.)

Okay, so this is me as an overview… Oh, maybe I should mention my tendencies to be a night owl, flirt, prep, and minor obsessive-compulsive-disorder sufferer. I am a neat freak and I think I am allergic to dust, no kidding.

I love the Internet. For all of you Harry Potter fans out there like me, and for those of you who aren't necessarily HP fans, look into www.hexrpg.com. It's a great role-playing site and I love to interact with the other people around the world. You get sorted into a house (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin) and you are able to take courses such as Defense Against the Dark Arts, Astronomy, and Transfiguration. I don't really take the courses, because I can never get my homework done on time. There is also another site called Xanga that is basically a blog-site. So, if you want to know what my emotions are day to day, check out www.xanga.com/idkorrektem. I try to update that as much as I can. Click this LINK to find out more sites that I love to go on, or some sites that I think are kewl enough to be mentioned here.

I guess that's about it. I will try to keep this site in order from time to time, like as I get older and my opinions and thoughts change. Well, TTYL. Luvs
